Jang Geun-seok earns 40 billion won in Japan

There has been a prospect that Jang Geun-seok will record a sales of more than 3 billion Yen (40 billion won ~ US$40 million).

According to the Japanese evening paper Nitkangendai, "Jang Geun-seok is expected to earn more than 3 billion Yen just this year with commercials, music sales, concert tickets, photo collections, character sales and more".

"Jang Geun-seok has received eight hundred million won for the Santori Seoul Makgolli commercial and is about to step over Bae Yong-joon. He will get more than a billion won for 1 commercial next year and there are several companies waiting in line to work with him".

Active in acting, music and other areas, Jang Geun-seok put up a sales of more than a hundred and twenty thousand copies with his single album "Let Me Cry" which was released on the 27th of April and took first place of the Oricon Charts for the first time as a foreigner. Jang Keun Suk is chosen as a first Korean cover model for Men’s Non-No

Jang Keun Suk, a popular Korean actor, has attracted much attention when he was chosen as a cover model for Men’s Non-No, Japan’s famous fashion magazine. It is the first time that a Korean celebrity’s face is on the cover of the magazine.
The pictorial shooting was held in southern Seoul, during which he gave off a wide range of his charms, changing outfits of different types more than five times. He’s expected to show off diverse charms through the photos by transforming himself into several characters from a strong, masculine guy to a bright boy with genial smiles, and to a gracefully beautiful person who blurs the lines between men and women.

Earlier, he was chosen as a cover model for Anan, Japan’s famous weekly magazine. When the magazine with his face on its cover was released in March, more than 280,000 copies were sold, which was an outstanding sales success. That’s why Jang’s appearance on the cover of Men’s Non-No has been attracting much attention.

2PM, Jang Geun Suk, and Kim Sa Rang attend ‘Lotte Duty Free Grand Re-opening’

On May 25th, Lotte Duty Free held a grand re-opening event at the Gimpo Airport which was attended by a top line-up of stars including Kim Sa Rang, Jang Geun Suk, and 2PM.
