DSP's Official Announcement ''Kara resolved the conflict, dismissed a case and will perform again''

Kara finally resolved the dispute with their agency.

DSP Media (“DSP”), Kara’s management agency, announced the stance of the agency and five members of Kara on the 28th at 6:45 pm.
DSP stated “DSP and three members signed an agreement. They will compromise this dispute with our company and agreed on working again as Kara.”

Then they also mentioned “DSP and the three members of Kara had a lot of talk about the performance in the future then we could agree on dismissing the lawsuit without any further conditions.”
DSP said thank you for fans’ continuous supports and stressed Kara will come back with more developed songs and performances.

The management agency added “We should have revealed the stance of Kara and our company and Kara’s performance in the future. Unfortunately, we couldn’t include detail stories because we couldn’t perfectly finish the compromise.” We will schedule to release tomorrow about that after discussion.
Three members of Kara (Han Seung Yeon, Jung Nicole and Gang Ji Young) had dispute against DSP on the problem of exclusive contract. On the other hand, Park Gyu Ri and Goo Ha Ra had a same idea with DSP.

Those three members filed a lawsuit to see whether the exclusive contract is valid in mid-February.
