2NE1 To Perform "Lonely" On "Inkigayo" May 29th

Teasing fans earlier yesterday with news of a possible live broadcast performance of 2NE1's new single "Lonely", Blackjacks wishes have been fufilled as the group will make their 1st and only comeback performance on next week's episode of SBS's "Inkigayo".
Unlike Park Bom's "Don't Cry" single where YG Entertainment assured fans there was 0% chance they would see her perform her song on a music show, on their YG-Life blog it was confirmed 2NE1 would promote "Lonely" with the following message:


2NE1's "Lonely" performance live on SBS Inkigayo, May 29th = 100% chance
What do you think, did YG Entertainment had this planned from the start or was the widespread positive response from "Lonely" too much, even for Yang Hyun Seok to say no to?
