On May 15th, The Boss performed at the "4th K-Pop Super Live" held in Makuhari Event Hall in Chiba, Japan. They were at the joint concert along with Shin Hye Sung, Super Junior, SHINee, and X-5.However, on the day before the performance, The Boss's Karam showed troubling symptoms in his body and rushed to the hospital for a visit. They were very concerned for their scheduled performance.
Karam's test results revealed a diagnosis of gastritis and gastric ulcer. Fortunately, he was able to continue performing, and the show was finished safely.
A representative said, "Last year, Karam was casted as an active guest on MBC's Bukbulbok Show 2 and the penalties seemed to have taken a toll on his body."
Karam met with reporters prior to performing and said, "I'm sorry to worry you guys. It's really okay. Meeting with the fans seem to make it all better." Although his body wasn't in normal conditions, he stood on the stage with a rising spirit.
Similarly, last year in November, Karam was rushed to the hospital after The Boss's showcase. Before the performance, Karam suffered severe abdominal pain. However, he took painkillers and stood on the stage with his best performance.
