South
Korean boy group TVXQ released the song Mirotic in the year 2008 which
immediately top the chart during that time. This is not the first time
that the song Mirotic cause an issue. News were widely spread before
that TVXQ plagiarize this song from a German singer named Sarah Connor.
Mirotic and Under My Skin has lots of similarities and was release
before TVXQ. But in the end, this case was resolve and already was close
as the composer of the song Lucas Secon sold it to both TVXQ and Sarah
Connor.
As for the group from Venezuela,
because of TVXQ's great impact in their country, they explained that
they don't have any intentions for plagiarism, but instead they just
made a cover of the song in a Spanish version.

"Everyone, We are not presenting this issue as a subject. It's a cover, we make no mistake. The only thing we did was change the lyrics because we also like DBSK and we want to bring Venezuela that style. We don't intend on plagiarizing anyone. We're just doing a cover of this issue to use in our repertoire. We want to bring them here in Venezuela and we are doing what is kpop - Ziva" (trans by: Ricardo Gazzette)
The guys from Ziva said,
"Everyone, We are not presenting this issue as a subject. It's a cover, we make no mistake. So, in conclusion, i can say no plagiarism intended and they are just fans of TVXQ.
