2NE1 to make their comeback on SBS Inkigayo this week

2NE1 returned this year with their ballad single "Lonely" and showed off a different side of themselves to fans. The single became an instant hit and dominated all charts at #1 on its release. However, YG Entertainment said that 2NE1 would not be promoting "Lonely" on television, and instead, promoted the song on YG Entertainment's new online TV "YG ON AIR." They performed a variety of versions of "Lonely." Due to popular demand from fans, 2NE1 made an exception and performed "Lonely" live on SBS Inkigayo.

The next single 2NE1 will soon be releasing is "I Am The Best." The single has already attracted attention due to its solid beats and strong sound. According to an official from YG Entertainment, 2NE1 will be making their comeback stage this week on SBS Inkigayo with "I Am The Best" this weekend on June 26th.

In addition, YG Life, YG Entertainment's blog, revealed a photo of a cartoon Park Bom with the text that read "06.26 SBS Inkigayo." 2NE1 has already released a total of 3 teasers for "I Am The Best," revealing an addition 10 seconds of the song each time (Teaser 1, 2, 3). A fourth teaser is expected to be released later today.

The full song and music video for "I Am The Best" is set to be released on June 24th with the mini-album set to be released on July 21st. In addition, 2NE1 will have their first concert on August 27th and 28th and will follow up with promotions in Japan the following month.
