Big Bang's Japanese album “Big Bang 2” which was released on May 11th in Japan, has been awarded a "Gold Album Certification" from the Japanese Record Association. The certification is only handed out if the album has sold100.000 copies or more.
Big Bang's second album sold 65.000 copies the first week and managed to climb its way up on the Oricon chart to a number 1 position. Albeit this was almost 2 years ago, it shows that Big Bang's popularity is still high and that their fans truly never stops supporting them.
