Super Junior's Ryeowook and ZE:A's Hyungshik to star in a musical entitled "Temptation of Wolves" together.
If you can recall, Super Junior's Ryeowook said in an old interview way back from their debut days that his dream is to be a musical actor. Recently, his dream is about to come true as he was casted to star in a musical that was originally based on a novel entitled, "Temptation of Wolves."
Ryeowook will play the character of "Jung Tae Seong," which was originally played by the popular actor in the film, Kang Dong Won. His character is involved in a love triangle with the other two main characters. SM Entertainment stated that in addition to his outstanding and excellent voice, through this musical, Ryeowook is about to bring new things to show to the audience.
In addition to this, ZE:A's Hyungshik will also make his debut as a musical actor as he's one of the male lead alongside Ryeowook. Hyungshik has been casted to play the character of "Ban Hae Won," which was originally played byJo Han Seong in the film. Hyungshik stated, "I'm nervous and excited that I will be making my debut in a musical based on one of the movies I enjoyed watching."
"Temptation of Wolves" is a 2004 South Korean film starring Jo Han Seong, Lee Cheong Ah, and Kang Dong Won, and was originally based on a novel. It tells the story of an average school girl who moves from the countryside to Seoul after her father's death as she faces love and family troubles at the same time.
"Temptation of Wolves" is set to begin on July 12th at COEX Art Hall, Seoul.
