2AM celebrates third anniversary; greets fans through Twitter

On July 11th, 2008, 2AM debuted with "This Song" and have since become one of the most popular male groups in Korea. To commemorate the anniversary, the four members spoke to their fans through Twitter.

At 2 in the morning on July 11th, leader Jo Kwon wrote, "It has already been three years since 2AM's debut. When I think about July 11, 2008, even today I get swept up in thoughts. July is, in many ways, a meaningful month. Beloved members and I AM [2AM's fanclub], let's go on together, holding hands. I love you."

Jinwoon wrote, "Today is the day of 2AM's third anniversary. Thank you so, so much for giving us so much love up until now. Please give us lots of support and love in the future! We will become a better 2AM. Aja!"

Seulong said, "Time has already gone by! Thank you so much to those who have congratulated us. For three years, this is something I've always said, but in the future we will become an even better 2AM. Thank you."

Lastly, Changmin added, "It's already been three years since debut. Thank you so much to those who still love us to this day. Like I said the first time, until the day we become national singers, I will sing until my throat bursts!"

The Wonder Girls' Yeeun, a labelmate of 2AM's under JYP Entertainment, also wrote on Twitter to congratulate the group. "Congratulations on your third anniversary, 2AM! This message is the only thing I can give you," she wrote, parodying the lyrics of "This Song". Netizens commented, "Please continue to give us good songs in the future" and "Like now, fighting!"
