Daishi Dance actively backs up Rainbow to go into the Japanese music market – Who is he?

Daishi Dance, a popular Japanese songwriter and a DJ, rolled up his sleeves to help Rainbow, a Korean girl group, advance into the Japanese music market.
Rainbow has recently produced a re-packaged album, entitled Sweet Dream, in which Daishi Dance participated as a songwriter. The album has gained much popularity, remaining among the top ten popular songs in major music download sites.
He is the very person who wrote the prior hit song of Rainbow “To me.” He is now busy promoting Rainbow, who is about to release the Japanese-version of their debut album, entitled A, in September.
In particular, he posted links to Rainbow’s songs “To me” and “Sweet dream” on his blog which has frequently been visited by tens of thousands of his fans and Japanese renowned producers. An interested person says that thanks to the linked songs, Rainbow got better recognized in Japan.
In addition, he has actively used his club DJ shows as a chance to promote Rainbow songs. Since the release of “To me,” he has never missed playing the song in 20 club shows. The pre-scheduled 150 shows are also expected to include the event. Every show attracts 500 to 3000 Japanese fans, so it is just a matter of time for Rainbow to be far widely recognized in Japan.

He says, “My songs sung by Rainbow is basically a popular song, but because of their club music elements, they seem to arouse explosive responses at the clubs. It’s usually difficult for unfamiliar songs to evoke such a significant response like that, but the considerable popularity of the unreleased songs prove that they are made well-balanced between the elements of pop and dance music.”
“Sweet dream” is dance music, dreamlike but exciting and cheerful, featuring the Daishi’s typical melody flow known for its strong magnetism. Rainbow, who attracted much attention through “black swan dance” to their prior hit song “To me,” has prepared to show off a “dragonfly dance” to their new song “Sweet dream.”
