Last week, we reported that the official poster for the "Coyote Ugly" musical had been released. Previously, practice photos for the musical had been revealed.The musical "Legally Blonde" saw Luna showing great acting skills and a refreshing quality of voice. She is currently casted as "Coyote Ugly"'s main character Violet.
On July 22nd, at Suchogu Hanjung Art Center, "Coyote Ugly" had their playcall. Luna again showed off her refreshing voice quality, fitting perfectly into the role of a sunny and loveable Violet. Luna said that Violet's honest personality was exactly the same as hers.
Besides Luna, Gavy NJ's Jang Heeyoung, who is trying her hand at musicals for the first time, and Yoo Hana, who showed her skill at musicals as Sandy in "Grease", are also acting as the main character of Violet.
Lee Haein is acting as Mia, Violet's best friend. Next to Violet, a character that will give her love and courage, is Andy who is played by Korea's top musical actor Kim Sooyoung, December's DK, and Yoon Hyukin.
The last of the main impressive roles, is the father, who will be acted by Park Junkyu. He has showed his colors perfectly in dramas, movies, plays, and variety shows.
The musical "Coyote Ugly" will be the first attempt at turning the movie with the same name into a musical. This spectacle will continue being performed until August 15th at Seoul's Hanjung Art Center.
