Park Jinhee and Park Jiyoon to star in "Grape Candy" movie

Park Jinhee of "The Woman Who Still Wants to Marry" and Park Jiyoon (who played Manager Park in the 2011 drama "Lie to Me") have been cast for upcoming movie "Grape Candy".

Directed by Kim Heejung, "Grape Candy" focuses on two childhood friends who are reunited after they have grown up. The movie illustrates the concept that, unable to escape from past wounds, women must face the truth in order to relieve their pain and move on.

While Jo Yeojung of tvN's "I Need Romance" had at one point been in talks over the lead role Seonjoo in "Grape Candy", Park Jinhee was eventually cast for the role. Park Jiyoon will play the mysterious Sora. Also included in the cast for "Grape Candy" are Kim Jeongnan and Choi Wonyoung.
