Actress Lee Da-hae met with over 200 fans on Sunday at the Shangri-la Hotel in Beijing, as she moves to broaden her working resume in China.
The first official fan meeting in China gave Lee an opportunity to more closely engage with her supporters there. The gathering drew huge interest, to the extent that Korean and Chinese official websites advertising the promotional activity went down temporarily due to the immense traffic, and her management agency was bombarded with calls, the company said.
Meanwhile, the actress is reviewing scripts for her next project while she continues to work in China after her latest Korean TV drama, "Miss Ripley," finished airing in the country.
