Despite previous assertions, "Immortal Song 2" is once again changing course in its cast list as Kyuhyun, G.O.,Jay Park, Jiyoon, and Hyorin announced their withdrawal.
With SISTAR, MBLAQ, and Super Junior currently busy with their album promotions, it was only a matter of time before schedules began conflict, giving Hyorin, G.O., and Khyhyun no choice but to withdraw from the show.
Jay Park withdrew with plans to prepare for his new comeback album back in the United States, while Jiyoon is preparing for 4minute's Japanese comeback later next month.
An official from the show commented, "It is unfortunate that these singers have to give up the opportunity to be on the show due to their schedules. It feels so empty on the show, but we are planning on casting new members."
With Huh Gak remaining, so far f(x)'s Luna has been confirmed to join the cast, following Kyuhyun, G.O.,Jay Park, Jiyoon, and Hyorin's final performance August 29th.
