Kim Hyungjoon talks about his past relationships

Prior to holding his fan meeting in Taipei, Kim Hyungjoon spoke to the media in regards to his past relationships and competition with Cha Seungwon, as well as his expectations for the event. When he arrived at the airport, his fans surprised him by giving him flowers and a cake to celebrate his upcoming birthday. He then expressed that he thinks Taiwanese people are nice and friendly, and that Taiwan offers a lot of good food. Even though he has been on a diet and been mainly eating chicken breast meat only, he revealed his desire to go to the night market to try out the local foods offered.

Kim Hyungjoon revealed that he has been in three relationships in the past, but two of them ended up in betrayal on the girl’s part. As such, while he is currently single, he is looking forward to having a relationship that will not involve betrayal. He also revealed that his ideal girl is someone who is feminine, knows how to take care of others, and loves to smile. He plans on having three children once he gets married.

When asked for his thoughts on his fan meeting occurring at the same time as Cha Seungwon’s, he expressed that he respects him very much, but he is ready to make the battle as he has prepared many activities to interact with his fans. When asked if he would sing a song while sitting on a chair with a fan and while kneeling down, much like what he did in his Hong Kong fan meeting, he responded by saying that he would do his best to satisfy his fans.

Despite having only a 60% sell-out rate for the fan meeting, Kim Hyungjoon expressed that he has overcome his days of having no confidence, and he is expected to go back to Taiwan at the end of the year to promote his new album.
